    Training and development activities are ongoing for all VDart staff members on a proactive basis and are based on an assessment of clients’ needs and the skills inventory of staff members. In-house training resources such as Computer Based Training (CBT), as well as commercially available programs and certification courses are used to train staff members. Our training programs ensure that its staff members possess the most up-to-date technical skills in the industry and have technical competence in a changing technological environment. We also provide management teams to develop their sales and leadership skills through account management and strategic selling program workshops.

There are two types of training which we provide based on the career track they are in. If our employee is currently working on an emerging technology we provide upgrade training which focuses on latest releases or updates to keep them abreast to the changes in technology. If our employee is currently working on a declining technology we provide them with cross over training in an emerging technology and provide a boost to their career path.
