MANAGER, RECRUITING OPERATIONS
Description of Job:
Manage, develop, devise and execute strategies and outreach efforts to attract top IT talent to the company; Engage in full life-cycle recruiting; Work with senior management and HR to develop and implement new strategies for talent acquisition, including use of new social media outreach programs; Develop and administer recruiting budget; Develop an improved program and pipeline for the recruitment of diverse talent, partnering with both internal and external diversity groups; Study, measure, and analyze the best practices, data, and trends in recruitment, branding, diversity, and efforts of the competition; Research the salary scales for IT positions in local, regional and national markets; Utilize salary research in order to recommend commensurate salary scales for newly authorized positions.
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in HR Management, HR Administration or Business Administration with two years of experience in the job offered or as an IT Technical Recruiter or IT Sourcing Specialist. Bachelor’s equivalency gained through work experience or academic credit, or a combination of work experience and academic credit, will be accepted. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience consistent with stated requirements will be accepted.
